KLX Energy Services reported Q2 revenue of $167 million, up 16% sequentially, with Adjusted EBITDA surging 68% to $19 million and margins expanding to 11%.
The company closed the acquisition of Wolf Pack Rentals in June, which contributed $3.4 million in revenue and generated a $6.5 million bargain purchase gain, while the base business grew over 13% sequentially.
Management raised Q3 revenue guidance to a range of $176 million to $188 million, citing better fixed cost absorption and higher activity levels, though total liquidity remains tight at $53 million.
