Koss Corporation returned to profitability in the fiscal fourth quarter with net income of $476,801, reversing a prior-year loss, driven by a 5.8% increase in net sales to $3.26 million.
Direct-to-consumer sales surged 36.2% during the quarter, helping offset ongoing weakness in European markets where distributor stock replenishment slowed.
Full-year sales improved 3.1% to $13.02 million and the net loss narrowed significantly to $391,464, aided by $1.0 million in tariff refunds which boosted gross margins to 41.9%.
