Landmark Bancorp reported Q2 diluted EPS of $0.88, up from $0.83 in the prior quarter and $0.72 a year ago, driven by record revenue of more than $19 million.
Net earnings reached $5.4 million as the net interest margin improved 39 basis points year-over-year to 4.22%, partially offset by a decrease in period-end deposits.
The Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, payable August 27, while management noted an increase in non-performing loans during the quarter.
