Legacy Education Delivers Record Fiscal 2026 Results with 25% Revenue Growth and Continued Enrollment Gains
Legacy Education reported record fiscal 2026 results, with revenue up 24.8% to $80.1 million and net income up 21.3% to $9.1 million.
Fourth-quarter revenue grew 12% to $20.1 million with net income up 53.3% to $1.9 million, and the year ended with a student population of 3,377, up 8.9%. Part of the FY growth reflects a full year of the CCMCC acquisition versus a half year in fiscal 2025.
Strategically, the company expanded capacity at its Lancaster and Temecula campuses, signed a lease for its first Texas campus in Houston, and added new degree and certificate programs launching in fiscal Q2 2027.
The balance sheet shows $22.7 million in cash against $12.4 million in current liabilities, but bad debt expense of about $4.0 million (5% of revenue) remains a watch item tied to enrollment growth.
