The transaction, expected to close on September 14, advances the company's strategy to monetize non-strategic assets to strengthen its balance sheet and reduce outstanding debt.
Net proceeds are earmarked for debt reduction and funding avocado acreage expansion, aligning with the company's capital allocation priorities.
