Lesaka’s Q3 FY2026 Results: Lesaka achieves the upper end of profitability guidance and raises its FY2026 full year Adjusted Earnings per Share guidance
Lesaka reported Q3 revenue of $183.1 million, essentially flat year-over-year, while Net Revenue increased 16% to $96.4 million driven by growth in its Consumer and Enterprise segments.
Profitability expanded significantly with Adjusted EBITDA rising 45% to $20.6 million, resulting in net income of $0.6 million compared to a loss in the prior year.
The company raised its full-year FY2026 guidance for Adjusted EPS to between ZAR 5.50 and ZAR 6.00, excluding the impact of the pending Bank Zero acquisition.
