Mdxhealth Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results
MDxHealth reported Q2 revenue of $27.2 million, up 16% year-over-year, and reaffirmed its 2026 revenue guidance of $110-115 million despite a widening net loss to $9.5 million driven by ExoDx integration costs.
The company completed the wind-down of its Resolve mdx business, with subsidiary Delta Laboratories executing an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors to address liabilities, including a $10.4 million recoupment claim from Novitas Solutions.
To strengthen its balance sheet, MDxHealth closed a registered direct placement of 44 million shares at $0.454, raising $20 million in gross proceeds and boosting its pro-forma cash position to $39.2 million.
