Milestone Scientific highlighted progress building a scalable growth platform for its CompuFlo medical business, centered on physician adoption, reimbursement and recurring disposable revenue.
Through September 2026 the CompuFlo Advisor Program generated over 180 epidural feedback submissions, building on a 145-procedure evaluation in which 99.3% of respondents found the technology easy to use; providers currently receive approximately $325 per procedure in Medicare payment under CPT 0777T in Novitas and First Coast jurisdictions.
Clinical evidence continues to accumulate, including a 79-patient UTMB study associating CompuFlo-guided epidural access with roughly a 91% reduction in adjusted odds of composite complications.
The company has also expanded its commercial organization to three dedicated sales professionals, about 15 consultants and three distribution partners, with international market development underway in Italy, Chile and Qatar and a long-term goal of moving CPT 0777T from Category III to Category I.
