Montauk Renewables reported Q2 revenue of $54.0 million, up 19.7% year-over-year, while swinging to a net profit of $0.2 million compared to a net loss of $5.5 million in the prior year.
Adjusted EBITDA surged 144.5% to $12.3 million, driven by a 29.1% increase in RINs sold, though core RNG commodity revenue fell 63.7% due to the expiration of fixed-price contracts.
The company reiterated its full-year outlook, expecting RNG revenues between $175 million and $190 million, and began power generation at its Turkey, North Carolina facility in July.
