Motorcar Parts of America Reports Fiscal 2027 First Quarter Results
Motorcar Parts of America reported fiscal Q1 revenue of $168.0 million, down from $188.4 million a year ago, and posted a net loss of $13.4 million or $0.71 per share.
Despite the quarterly miss, management reaffirmed full-year fiscal 2027 guidance for net sales of $780M-$800M and operating income of $86M-$91M, attributing the Q1 decline to order timing and one-time items.
The company noted momentum from new business commitments and the Centric Parts brand relaunch, and continues to execute share repurchases, having bought back 129,523 shares for $1.9 million during the quarter.
