Studio City International Holdings reported Q2 2026 operating revenue of $164.6 million, down from $190.1 million in the prior year, driven by softer mass market table games and lower non-gaming revenue.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 12% year-over-year to $67.0 million, while net loss attributable to shareholders widened to $15.6 million ($0.08 per ADS) from a loss of $3.7 million in the same period last year.
The company reduced total debt to $1.98 billion and completed a refinancing transaction, issuing $300 million in senior secured notes to retire $350 million of 2027 notes and redeeming $165 million of 2028 notes.
