National CineMedia, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Captivate
National CineMedia (NASDAQ: NCMI) completed its acquisition of Captivate Holdings, LLC on September 18, 2026, in a transaction valuing the leading office and residential digital video ad network at an enterprise value of $275.0 million.
NCM funded the deal with a new $275.0 million senior secured first lien term loan, cash on hand, and a new $25.0 million senior secured revolving credit facility, of which $10 million was drawn at closing; Crestline Direct Finance and Encina Commercial Finance provided the financing.
The combination creates a premium video and digital out-of-home advertising platform with more than 48,000 digital screens across 185 Designated Market Areas, including all of the top 100, spanning theaters, office buildings, and residential properties.
For AMC, the filer, the news is peripheral: AMC Entertainment is named only in NCM's boilerplate as one of the theater circuits presenting the Noovie Show, and the release discloses no terms or financial impact specific to AMC.
