Nordicus Partners reported positive preclinical efficacy for its lead asset QR-01 in two animal models of periodontitis, including reduced bone loss confirmed by micro-CT.
The company plans to initiate Phase IIa clinical trials for QR-01 in patients at the University of Copenhagen in the first half of 2027.
Subsidiary Bio-Convert received a toxicity waiver from the Danish Medicines Agency for QR-02 (targeting oral leukoplakia) and expects GMP manufacturing completion by December 2026, with Phase IIa trials also slated for H1 2027.
Nordicus’ application to uplist from OTCQB to Nasdaq remains under active review, while subsidiary NoviThera established biological proof of concept for QR-04 in psoriasis.
