New Era Energy & Digital filed its Q2 2026 Form 10-Q and announced that it has secured construction permits for its Texas Critical Data Centers (TCDC) project, a milestone the CEO stated reduces development risk.
The company outlined an expansion in Phase 2 power capacity to approximately 550MW, which combined with Phase 1 brings total expected gross capacity to roughly 757MW.
Management reported a strong liquidity position with $84.8 million in cash and $270 million undrawn on its credit facility, sufficient to cover expected Phase 1 equity requirements while negotiations for a power purchase agreement advance.
