Nuvini Group Reports First Half 2026 Results: Operating Income of R$19.6 Million, Positive Operating Cash Flow, Net Loss Reduced 76%
Nuvini posted H1 2026 net operating revenue of R$97.4 million, essentially flat year-over-year, while swinging to operating income of R$19.6 million from a R$32.0 million loss in H1 2025.
Gross margin expanded 500 basis points to 68.1% and G&A fell 24.6%, cutting the net loss 76% to R$14.0 million (R$1.63 per share) as operating cash flow turned positive at R$15.1 million.
The balance sheet remains strained: cash declined to R$9.8 million, the company reports a R$176.3 million shareholders' deficit and a R$363.6 million working capital deficit, and R$293.8 million of deferred acquisition consideration plus R$62.0 million of investor loans continue to absorb capital.
Management repaid the remaining R$2.8 million of non-convertible debentures at the July 7, 2026 maturity, releasing related covenants and liens, and says it is pursuing a comprehensive restructuring of deferred consideration and legacy financing obligations.
