Orion S.A. reported Q2 2026 net sales of $500.9 million, up 7% year-over-year, with Adjusted EBITDA of $58.2 million reflecting a 26% sequential improvement.
The Specialty segment drove performance with Adjusted EBITDA up 96% year-over-year, partially offsetting a 61% decline in the Rubber segment due to lower pricing and inventory adjustments.
Management reaffirmed full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $170-$210 million and significantly raised free cash flow guidance to a range of negative $10 million to positive $20 million.
