Orangekloud Technology entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Orbis Technology, the New Zealand operator of the VeVe digital collectibles platform.
The transaction, expected to close by December 31, 2026, will rebrand the company to VeVe Inc. and change its ticker symbol to VEVE, contingent on securing $30 million to $100 million in private placement financing.
Orbis shareholders will receive up to 600 million Orangekloud shares at a deemed value of $1.00 per share, while existing Class B shareholders will convert to Class A, subject to shareholder approval.
