Oatly Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Oatly reported Q2 revenue of $240.1 million, up 15.2% year-over-year, driven by accelerating growth in Europe and North America. Constant currency revenue increased 12.7% as sold volume grew 11.2% to 156.1 million liters.
The company achieved a profitability inflection, recording positive Adjusted EBITDA of $0.4 million compared to a loss in the prior year, while gross margin expanded to 33.9%. GAAP net loss narrowed significantly to $31.3 million from $55.9 million in the second quarter of 2025.
Management raised its full-year outlook, now expecting constant currency revenue growth of 8-10%, up from the previous 3-5% range. Adjusted EBITDA guidance remains steady at $25 million to $35 million.
