Owlet reported Q2 2026 revenue of $33.9 million, up 29.9% year-over-year, driven by record subscription revenue of $3.2 million which increased by $2.4 million from the prior year.
The company significantly narrowed its net loss to $0.6 million compared to a net loss of $37.4 million in Q2 2025, achieving a record Adjusted EBITDA of $2.9 million excluding a one-time tariff refund.
