Orengo, an attorney and nonprofit executive, previously helped secure over $100 million in funding, while Delatorre, a former NYPD Deputy Commissioner, brings leadership in security and risk management.
The bank currently holds $3.5 billion in assets and $500 million in capital, and is advancing initiatives to expand capital access for small businesses.
