Pluri's Ever After Foods Expands Cultivated-Protein Platform Through Fishway Acquisition and Strategic Investment
Pluri's majority-owned subsidiary, Ever After Foods, acquired Fishway BV, a Belgium-based biotechnology company specializing in aquatic cell biology and animal-component-free media, to expand its cultivated-protein platform.
The transaction is supported by a $2 million strategic investment through a SAFE Agreement, intended to fund ongoing platform development and commercialization activities.
Management expects the acquisition to bolster EAF's European footprint and enhance its ability to support food and ingredient clients in scaling production.
