Propanc Biopharma Clears Path for World-First Phase 1b Clinical Study of Breakthrough Cancer Therapy PRP
Propanc Biopharma has commenced finalization of the clinical trial protocol and a feasibility assessment for its First-In-Human Phase 1b study of PRP in up to 40 advanced cancer patients with solid tumors.
The study, led by CRO Avance Clinical, will be a multicenter, open-label dose escalation and expansion trial designed to evaluate safety, tolerability, and preliminary activity.
The company plans to submit a Clinical Trial Application in Q4 2026, aiming to advance its lead candidate targeting cancer recurrence and metastasis.
