Skyline Builders Group Holding acquired two gold and silver exploration properties in Nevada—the Mill Creek Project and the Irwin Project—to diversify its portfolio ahead of its pending merger with Cove Kaz Resources.
The Mill Creek Project covers 720 acres across 36 lode claims purchased from Paramount Gold, while the Irwin Project spans 12 claims with historic high-grade assays of up to 7.5 g/t gold and 96 g/t silver.
The company believes the acquisitions position it to capitalize on a commodity super cycle in the world's top-ranked mining jurisdiction, although no purchase price was disclosed.
