Racura Oncology Announces Positive Safety Review Committee Recommendation in ongoing CPACS Clinical Trial
Racura Oncology announced that the independent Safety Review Committee (SRC) has recommended continuing its ongoing CPACS Phase 1 clinical trial.
The SRC reviewed safety data from Cohort 1, which tested 40mg/m2 of RC220 alone and in combination with 60mg/m2 of doxorubicin, and noted no safety concerns.
Racura will now proceed to screen patients for Cohort 2, which will test a higher dose of 80mg/m2 RC220 using an updated protocol that includes a lead-in safety cycle of doxorubicin.
