Cartesian Therapeutics granted inducement awards to four new employees, consisting of options to purchase an aggregate of 115,250 shares of common stock.
The options have an exercise price equal to the closing price on the grant dates of August 3 and August 6, 2026, and will vest over a four-year period with a one-year cliff.
These grants were approved by the board under the Company’s 2018 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
