Seaport Entertainment Group Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results
Seaport Entertainment Group reported a significant operational milestone in the second quarter, achieving profitability across all business segments for the first time and swinging to a non-GAAP profit of $0.02 per share.
Total revenue for the quarter decreased 13.8% year-over-year to $34.3 million, but GAAP net loss attributable to common stockholders improved 29.2% to $10.5 million.
The company strengthened its balance sheet with $127.0 million in cash and equivalents against $38.1 million in debt, aided by the $143.0 million sale of the 250 Water Street site earlier in the year.
