SKK Holdings announced six new contracts for horizontal directional drilling and utility works in Singapore with an aggregate value of up to $26.6 million, marking the largest block of new work in the company's history.
The awards underscore the strength of its core subsurface utility business while the company advances a $258.8 million acquisition of Rantizo’s drone technology assets, which was approved by shareholders in June.
Upon closing of the Rantizo transaction, the company will change its name to Rantizo, authorize a tenfold increase in share capital, and appoint Marianne McInerney as President.
