SKK Holdings signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rantizo's drone assets in a $258.8 million stock-for-assets transaction, effectively transforming the Singaporean civil engineering firm into a publicly-traded commercial drone operator.
Rantizo will acquire $8 million of existing Class B shares for cash and receive the majority of SKK's Class A shares post-close, giving it control of the company.
The transaction includes a $10 million PIPE into Rantizo and $12 million in stock grants to management, pending shareholder and Nasdaq approval.
