Southland Executes Financing Agreement & Credit Amendment with Surety Partners
Southland Holdings entered into a financial assistance agreement with surety partners, converting $150.86 million of non-bonding financing into senior non-voting preferred shares.
The company also amended its credit agreement, reducing the interest rate to 4.00% and suspending quarterly amortization payments and financial maintenance covenants.
The restructuring covers $58.97 million in bonding surety financing and provides flexibility to execute on the company's backlog.
