Superstar Platforms Announces Agreement to Acquire TitlePal, Inc.
Superstar Platforms (OTCID: SPST) agreed to acquire TitlePal, Inc., a fintech platform digitizing vehicle title lending, in an all-stock transaction with provisions to manage dilution.
TitlePal is already revenue generating, with roughly $700,000 in interest income over the past two years, and targets an established market of 2M+ annual borrowers paying nearly $4 billion in fees.
The deal is subject to definitive documentation, closing conditions and approvals; terms were not disclosed, limiting near-term financial visibility.
The acquisition complements Superstar's PawnTrust platform and its thesis of applying technology to fragmented, storefront-based industries.
