Starco Brands Announces Acquisition of Custom Bakehouse
Starco Brands completed the acquisition of Custom Bakehouse on July 15, 2026, a move intended to vertically integrate manufacturing and expand its consumer products platform.
The transaction is expected to add approximately $20 million in annual revenue and incorporates a 75,000 square foot production facility along with established brands like Sticky Fingers and licensed Marie Callender’s baking mixes.
Financing for the deal was provided by Pasadena Private Lending, and the new assets will form the core of Starco Manufacturing, the company’s newly formed primary operating subsidiary.
