The deal includes an option to increase ownership to 53% at a €30 million valuation, contingent on milestones and due diligence.
SaverOne's CEO noted the investment is highly synergistic with the VisionWave partnership, targeting the growing defense and tactical UAV sector.
Gryphen brings 30 years of aviation heritage and a 4,000 sqm production facility to the partnership, developing NATO Class-3 UAV systems based on existing civilian platforms.
