Turtle Beach Corporation Announces Second Quarter 2026 Results and Reiterates Full Year Guidance
Turtle Beach reported Q2 revenue of $56.4 million, slightly down from the prior year, while adjusted EBITDA swung to a positive $1.3 million compared to a loss last year.
The company repurchased $25.0 million of common stock and refinanced its debt facilities, entering into a new $80 million ABL and an $85 million term loan to bolster flexibility.
Management reiterated full-year guidance for net revenue of $335 million to $355 million and adjusted EBITDA of $44 million to $48 million, anticipating a rebound in the second half driven by new product launches and the GTA VI release.
