Thunder Mountain Gold's board approved the issuance of up to 1,578,036 common shares at a deemed price of $0.70 to settle approximately $1.1 million in debt owed to the CEO and former service providers.
The settlement includes the issuance of 670,714 shares to CEO Eric T. Jones to cover $469,500 in outstanding compensation, classified as a related party transaction under TSXV rules.
Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, with issued shares to be restricted for a four-month hold period.
