Tilly's reported Q2 fiscal 2026 net sales of $163.5 million, up 8.1% year-over-year, with comparable net sales up 12.1% — its third consecutive quarter of double-digit comp growth and a stated beat of its outlook.
Net income more than doubled to $8.4 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, versus $3.2 million, or $0.10, a year ago, driven by a 300-basis-point gross margin expansion to 35.5% and 20.9% e-commerce growth; the company is now profitable on a trailing four-quarter basis.
Fiscal August comps rose 14.6% to mark 13 consecutive months of comp growth, and management guided Q3 to $150-$155 million in sales with EPS of $0.07-$0.12 versus a prior-year loss, positioning Tilly's for its first profitable fiscal year since 2022.
