Teamshares Retires Legacy Credit Facility with Term Loan Maturing 4Q 2030
Teamshares repaid its $150 million legacy credit facility in full with a new $130 million four-year term loan from Sound Point Capital affiliates maturing in 4Q 2030, funded partly with cash on hand.
The new loan carries a 9.5% floating spread above SOFR — a 1.5-point absolute (14% relative) improvement — cutting annual interest expense by about $5 million; an early $17 million mezzanine repayment adds another $3 million in savings.
Management framed the refinancing as removing a material short-term maturity and preserving flexibility for acquisition financing as it pursues a $40 million EBITDA acquisition plan for 2026 and a $100 million Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA forecast for 2027.
