VitalHub reported strong Q2 2026 results with revenue climbing 33% year-over-year to $31.7 million and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growing 28% to exceed $101.5 million.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 29% to $8.2 million, representing 26% of revenue, while organic ARR growth reached 10% as the company completed the integration of its 2025 acquisitions.
Subsequent to the quarter end, VitalHub acquired Buddy Healthcare for approximately $13.4 million, expanding its capabilities in patient journey optimization and its footprint in the Nordic region.
