Vince Holding Corp. reported fiscal Q1 net sales of $64.0 million, up 10.5% year-over-year, driven by a 15.6% increase in direct-to-consumer revenue and a 5.9% rise in wholesale sales.
The company narrowed its net loss to $2.1 million, or $(0.16) per share, compared to a net loss of $4.8 million, or $(0.37) per share, in the prior year period, while improving gross margin to 50.6%.
Based on the strong momentum, management raised its full-year fiscal 2026 outlook, projecting net sales growth of 7% to 8% and adjusted EBITDA margins of 5.5% to 6.0%.
