Vystar Corporation, established in 2000 and headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, operates across several distinct sectors. A primary area of its business involves the production and distribution of air purification systems within the United States. Their product lineup includes the RXair, a filterless model designed for homes; the RX400, an FDA-approved Class II filterless purifier; and the RX3000, also an FDA-approved Class II system, but for commercial applications. These air cleaning devices reach consumers via various avenues, such as wholesale distribution, traditional retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms. Beyond air purifiers, Vystar is also a producer of Vytex natural rubber latex materials. They supply this specialized latex to manufacturers creating a wide array of rubber and related items, including products for consumers and medical use like adhesives, gloves, balloons, condoms, and other healthcare instruments, as well as foam products such as mattresses, mattress toppers, and pillows. Furthermore, the company has a presence in the home furnishings market, offering residential furniture and decorative items through its network of independent stores.
Vystar Enters the Digital Economy Through R3alm Ownership
Vystar holds a 50 percent interest in r3alm, a jointly managed venture with Capital Realm, Inc. that is developing a 22-module ecosystem spanning artificial intelligence, digital finance, tokenized assets and market infrastructure.
The venture agreements were executed on August 4, 2026 and were already disclosed in a Vystar Form 8-K; this release adds two new websites — VystarCorp.com and journey.r3alm.com — rather than new financial terms or completed milestones.
R3EQ, a planned equity-linked digital representation of ownership in r3alm, is separate from VYST and has not launched or been offered, and the company states all planned modules remain subject to development, testing, commercial readiness and applicable approvals.
