Waterdrop posted Q2 2026 operating revenue of RMB1,448.2 million, up 72.8% year-over-year, with net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of RMB125.8 million — its 18th consecutive profitable quarter.
The insurance business drove the quarter: insurance-related revenue rose 80.5% YoY and insurance operating profit reached RMB183.6 million, up 20% QoQ. The company launched Rongyibao, the market's first no-health-disclosure long-term critical illness product, and expanded the Jixing Gaozhao lifetime specified disease line.
The E-Find clinical trial platform generated RMB35.2 million in net revenue, up 26.8% YoY, now working with 255 pharma companies and CROs and having delivered 1,873 cumulative trial projects. The medical crowdfunding platform has cumulatively moved RMB74.7 billion to 3.82 million patients from roughly 499 million donors.
