WeTouch Technology Provides Update on Previously Announced Special Cash Dividend
WeTouch Technology said its previously announced special cash dividend of up to US$0.5 million will require additional processing time before payment.
Eligibility remains for shareholders of record as of August 17, 2026, and the company stressed that the record date and dividend plan are unchanged.
WeTouch is coordinating with its transfer agent and payment providers and will announce updated payment timing once arrangements are finalized.
