G. WILLI-FOOD INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES DELISTING FROM NASDAQ AND CONCENTRATION OF ITS SHARE TRADING ON THE TEL AVIV STOCK EXCHANGE
G. Willi-Food International announced it will voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from NASDAQ to concentrate trading exclusively on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The board determined that the current dual listing structure is unnecessary and costly, noting that the majority of shares trade on TASE and operations are based in Israel.
The company expects to file SEC Form 25 around August 17, 2026, with the final day of NASDAQ trading anticipated no earlier than August 26, 2026.
Following the delisting, Willi-Food intends to suspend SEC reporting obligations via Form 15F, though shares may remain available on the U.S. OTC market.
