TransCode Therapeutics Announces Leadership Transition
TransCode Therapeutics' CFO Tom Fitzgerald retired effective immediately, resigning both as CFO and as a director after serving since July 2018.
John Tattory, a finance veteran with 25-plus years at pharma and biotech companies including CFO roles at Cerapedics and Windtree Therapeutics, becomes Interim CFO effective immediately.
During his tenure Fitzgerald helped lead the company through its IPO, the launch of clinical development for lead candidate TTX-MC138, and the acquisition of Polynoma and license agreement with Oncolytics that broadened the oncology pipeline.
