WesBanco's Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per common share, payable October 1, 2026, to shareholders of record September 4, 2026.
The Board also declared a quarterly dividend on its 7.375% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (WSBCO), equating to $0.4609 per depositary share.
