Weight Watchers Announces Second Quarter 2026 Results
Weight Watchers reported Q2 2026 revenue of $162.3 million, down 14.2% year-over-year, with net income of $14.1 million and EPS of $1.41.
End-of-period subscribers totaled 2.5 million, driven by a 55.7% increase in clinical subscribers to 197,000 and a 13.9% rise in Core+ subscribers to 541,000.
The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $620 million to $635 million and Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $105 million to $115 million.
Operating activities generated $24.3 million in cash during the quarter, and the company reduced its outstanding term loan principal by $41.4 million.
