One and One Green Technologies Reports First Half 2026 Results
One and One Green Technologies reported 1H26 revenue of $33.38 million, up 18.7% year-over-year, with net income up 17.4% to $4.49 million despite a 10.4% decline in total material shipped.
Growth was driven by a deliberate mix shift into copper alloy ingots, which rose 39% to $25.71 million and now represent 77% of revenue; however, gross margin compressed to 21.73% from 25.32% amid an aluminum-line upgrade, higher raw material costs, and cost per kilogram rising faster (38.8%) than realized prices (32.5%).
Operating income fell 12.6%, operating cash flow was negative $9.9 million on inventory and receivables build, and the balance sheet was bolstered by $11.8 million in April offering proceeds; management expects margins and net income to strengthen in the second half and guided to full-year growth.
