Yimutian Inc. Receives Positive Nasdaq Listing Determination
Yimutian announced that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel granted its request to transfer from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market tier to maintain its listing status.
The company has been granted an exception but must evidence compliance with a $1.00 bid price and $2.5 million in stockholders' equity by September 29 and September 30, 2026, respectively.
Management stated its intent to take all necessary steps to satisfy the Panel's conditions and meet applicable listing criteria as soon as practicable.
