Yatsen Announces Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Yatsen reported Q2 2026 revenue of $168.3 million, up 5.1% year-over-year, primarily driven by a 40.4% surge in its skincare segment which now represents 71.5% of total revenue.
Despite the top-line growth, profitability deteriorated with net loss widening to $13.4 million from a prior-year loss of approximately $2.9 million, and gross margin contracting to 73.9% due to inventory provisions.
The company appointed Ms. Li Wang as Co-CFO and issued guidance for the third quarter, projecting total net revenues to be between RMB 898.6 million and RMB 998.4 million, a decrease of 0% to 10% year-over-year.
