YSX TECH. CO. LTD to Hold Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
YSX Tech announced an extraordinary general meeting on October 19, 2026, at which shareholders will vote on increasing authorized share capital from US$50,000 (500M total shares) to US$220,000,000 (2.2 trillion total shares) across Class A and Class B ordinary shares.
The proposals also include a special resolution shortening the notice period for general meetings from 14/7 clear days to 5 clear days, plus adoption of an amended memorandum and articles of association. The record date is September 30, 2026.
For shareholders, the size of the increase is the notable item: while not dilutive by itself, a multi-trillion-share authorized pool typically enables future offerings, splits, or conversions and warrants monitoring of subsequent filings.
