ZJK Industrial Co., Ltd. Reports Financial Results for First Half of Fiscal Year 2026
ZJK Industrial reported first-half fiscal 2026 revenue of US$33.74 million, up 36.60% year over year from US$24.70 million, driven mainly by a 35.29% increase in average sales unit prices and deeper participation in customer programs.
Profitability moved the other way: cost of revenues jumped 57.08% to US$19.45 million on higher material procurement prices and labor costs, compressing gross margin to 42.35% from 49.87%, while net income slipped to US$5.24 million from US$5.84 million and basic and diluted EPS fell to US$0.08 from US$0.10.
Management highlighted AI infrastructure and liquid cooling as increasingly important growth drivers and said that subsequent to the half the company secured large-volume purchase orders for AI infrastructure components from several major customers, with deliveries already commenced; it anticipates strong growth momentum will continue through the second half of 2026.
