Zentalis Pharmaceuticals closed its underwritten public offering, selling 26,450,000 shares of common stock at a price of $3.50 per share.
The offering included the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, bringing total gross proceeds to approximately $92.6 million.
Net proceeds are intended to fund clinical trials for its WEE1 inhibitor azenosertib, regulatory filings, manufacturing and general corporate purposes.
